These Terms govern your use of this website (dvouch.com) and any consulting, diagnostic, or done-for-you services provided under the "Revenue Conversion Architect" offer (the "Services"), operated by Abhishek ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing this site, booking a call, or engaging the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The content on this site — including diagnostic frameworks, process descriptions, and pricing — is provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate whether the Services are a fit. It does not constitute a guarantee of specific business or revenue outcomes except where explicitly stated in the Guarantees section below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We collect only what's needed to run diagnostics, deliver the Services, and communicate with you.
Your information is used to schedule and conduct your diagnostic call, prepare your Conversion Gap Report, deliver the Services if you engage us, and send relevant follow-ups. We do not sell your data.
We use Cal.com for scheduling and Netlify for hosting. These providers process limited data (such as booking details or standard server logs) under their own privacy policies.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details in the Contact section below.
Diagnostic calls are booked via Cal.com and limited in availability (max 3 conversion audits per month). If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for future bookings.
The initial Conversion Gap Audit call is free and carries no payment obligation. A written Conversion Gap Report is delivered before any payment is requested — you will always know exactly what you're paying for before you pay for it.
Once you engage the paid build (Revenue Conversion Architecture Build), payment terms, milestones, and any deposit requirements will be confirmed in writing prior to work beginning. Because each engagement is custom-scoped to your diagnosed conversion gap, refund eligibility outside of the guarantees below is handled on a case-by-case basis and should be discussed directly with us before payment.
The following guarantees apply to paid engagements and are outlined in full during onboarding:
If the full acquisition system is not live and operational within 21 days of onboarding, we continue work at no additional charge until it is.
If your conversion rate does not measurably improve within the first 30 days post-launch, we diagnose and rebuild the underperforming component at no additional charge.
If the diagnostic reveals the system won't work for your specific setup, we tell you before you pay anything.
These guarantees cover the architecture and execution of the system we build. They do not guarantee specific revenue figures, which depend on factors outside our control such as your offer, audience, and market conditions.
All site content, frameworks, and process methodology remain the intellectual property of Revenue Conversion Architect unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once a paid engagement is complete and fully paid for, ownership of the specific system built for you transfers to you as outlined in your engagement agreement.
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we guarantee the architecture and delivery of the system as described above, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Services, including business or revenue outcomes influenced by factors outside our control.
